SMS Communications Policy
This page describes how Limitless (operated by Expert Incubators LLC) sends SMS text messages, how customers opt in, and how to opt out. It exists to satisfy A2P 10DLC review requirements set by US carriers and The Campaign Registry (TCR), and to give recipients a clear, complete picture of our messaging practices.

02Use case and content of messages
Limitless sends SMS messages exclusively to customers who have actively subscribed to our $97/month website service and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS communications. We do not send SMS to non-customers, prospects, or recipients of our email outreach.
Messages fall into the following categories:
- Account notifications — confirmation that your subscription is active, billing alerts (upcoming renewal, failed payment, refund issued), cancellation confirmation.
- Service notifications — your site has gone live, edits you requested have been completed, scheduled maintenance windows.
- Support communications — responses to support questions you initiated, follow-up on open tickets, confirmation of a scheduled call.
- Customer-care surveys — occasional one-question check-ins about satisfaction with the Service (you may ignore).
We do not send: promotional or marketing SMS, sweepstakes, lotteries, debt collection, third-party offers, political content, or any messages outside the categories above.
03How customers opt in
SMS consent is collected at the moment a customer voluntarily provides a mobile phone number to Limitless and affirmatively agrees to receive text messages. Consent is captured in one of three places:
- Customer dashboard. After completing checkout, a customer may visit their account dashboard at
dash.limitlessai.app, enter a mobile number, and check a clearly labeled box that says: "Yes, send me text messages from Limitless about my account." Both the phone field and the consent box are required before the form can be submitted. - Direct email request. A customer may reply to a support email at [email protected] and explicitly request SMS updates, providing their mobile number. A confirmation message is then sent and the opt-in is recorded.
- Phone-call onboarding. During a scheduled support call, a customer may verbally request SMS notifications and provide their mobile number. The Limitless representative records the consent in writing in the customer record and sends a written confirmation by email before any SMS is sent.
In all three cases, the consent is logged with a timestamp, source, and the exact disclosure language that was shown to the customer.

What we do not do
- We do not purchase, rent, or use third-party lists of phone numbers.
- We do not auto-enroll any customer in SMS based on their email subscription.
- We do not send SMS to any number we obtained from Google Business Profile, Yelp, or other public business listings.
- We do not use pre-checked consent boxes; the checkbox is always unchecked by default.

Below are representative examples of the SMS messages we send. Real messages may vary slightly but stay within the use-case description.
05Frequency and carrier fees
- Message frequency
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the support conversations you initiate. You may receive more messages during active onboarding or open support threads, and fewer during periods of inactivity. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- Carrier fees
- Message and data rates may apply. Limitless does not charge for SMS; charges, if any, come from your mobile carrier per your plan.
06How to opt out (STOP)
You can opt out of Limitless SMS at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message we send:
STOP · STOPALL · UNSUBSCRIBE · CANCEL · END · QUIT
You will receive a final confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out, and we will not send you any further SMS unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] with the subject "STOP SMS" — we will remove the number within one business day. Opt-outs do not affect your subscription to the Service or your email communications.

08Privacy of your SMS information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Specifically:
- Your mobile number and SMS opt-in record are stored only by Limitless and our SMS service provider (Twilio Inc.) for the purpose of sending the messages described on this page.
- We do not sell, rent, lease, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile number or SMS opt-in record to any third party for that party's marketing or promotional use.
- We do not transfer your mobile number or SMS opt-in record to any affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
- We retain SMS opt-in records for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable period after for legal-defense purposes. You may request earlier deletion by emailing [email protected].

09Your agreement
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Limitless you agree that:
- You are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or you are authorized to enroll that number.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You will notify us if your mobile number changes or is no longer in your control, by emailing [email protected].
- You understand that messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer), and that consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.
- You have read this SMS Communications Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service.
